To be considered for admission to the MS in Informatics program, you will need to meet the admission requirements set by the Graduate School as well as program-specific requirements.
See the Graduate School admission requirements on the UL Lafayette Graduate School website.
In addition to the general admission requirements from the Graduate School, admission to the M.S. degree program in Informatics requires completion of undergraduate coursework in pre-calculus, survey of calculus, and statistics. (At UL Lafayette, these courses include MATH 109 or MATH 143, MATH 250, and STAT 325 or STAT 427.) You are also required to submit satisfactory scores from the GRE.
Substitutions for these admission prerequisite courses may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Graduate Coordinator at the time of application.
